Are you a Primary Care Facility?
Yes! Think of us as the Primary Care that takes you there. Dr. Donis Silva has spent more than 20 years serving the Central Florida area as a Primary Care physician and has poured her experience into designing a center that truly meets her patients’ needs beyond traditional healthcare.
Do you see children?
Yes! CIMA accepts patients of all ages.
Do you take insurance plans?

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are currently accepting new patients. Please call us to schedule your appointment.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
We ask that you bring your insurance card (if applicable), a photo ID, and the bottles or packages of any medication that you are taking.
Should I tell CIMA about prescriptions that my specialist gives me, even if Dr. Donis Silva doesn’t write them for me?
Yes! The rule we follow is: if it is in your body, it needs to be on our meds list. This is for two reasons:
- We verify all medications to make sure they do not have adverse interactions with each other or your documented allergies. Drug interactions may be dangerous, and we want to ensure your safety.
- Treatments may be duplicated by different doctors if we don’t know what you’re taking. We don’t want you to be taking two blood pressure medications or two cholesterol medications!
Having an accurate medication list is vital to giving you the best treatment. Please remember that this is a living list! Make sure to update it on every visit.
